Homemade Quick Pickled Radishes

Ingredients

8 Consalo Family Farms Radishes, thinly sliced

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 bay leaf

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon coriander

1 tablespoon sugar

Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In frying pan over medium heat, stir coriander and cumin seeds until toasted and fragrant about 2 minutes.

  2. In a glass jar, combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaf, toasted seeds and stir until sugar dissolves.

  3. Add the thinly sliced radishes and toss well.

  4. Let stand for 15 minutes.
